The Bastide Blanche spirit

Extended maceration to bring out the depth of the whites, gentle pressing and slow fermentation to allow the rosés to express themselves fully, and unobtrusive care for the reds throughout their aging: here, nature sets the pace, and we choose to trust it. Such is « the Bastide spirit! ».

La Bastide Blanche - Bandol Rosé

Salmon-hued with hints of pomelo. The nose reveals floral and spice notes. The palate is long and fresh, marked by white-flower aromas and a subtly saline finish.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Organic olive oil produced from our own olive trees, pressed at the Moulin de La Malissonne by Mr Denis Pietri — a blend of Picholine, Brun and Cailletier varieties. Fairly pronounced pungency thanks to its freshness, with artichoke aromas and green fruitiness — ideal for salads and raw vegetables.
