1. Preamble and purpose

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”) are intended to define the terms and conditions under which DOMAINE LA BASTIDE BLANCHE — SCEA BRONZO makes the website https://bastide-blanche.fr/ (hereinafter the “Website”) available, and under which Users access and use it.

Any use of the Website implies the User's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU. If the User does not agree, they are invited not to use the Website.

2. Publisher identification

The Website is published by DOMAINE LA BASTIDE BLANCHE — SCEA BRONZO, registered under SIRET number 422 635 177 00021. All information relating to the publisher can be found in the legal notice.

3. Definitions

  • Website: refers to the website accessible at https://bastide-blanche.fr/, including all its pages, features and services.
  • User: refers to any natural or legal person who accesses the Website, whether as a visitor or as an account holder.
  • Content: refers to all elements (texts, images, videos, sounds, data, logos, trademarks, etc.) accessible on or published via the Website.
  • Services: refers to all functionalities offered by the Website to the User.

4. Access to the Website

The Website is freely accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of interruption, scheduled or otherwise, for maintenance, updates, technical incidents or force majeure.

The publisher cannot be held liable for any unavailability of the Website, in particular due to events beyond its reasonable control (internet network failures, third-party service provider failures, cyberattacks, etc.).

The User is solely responsible for setting up the hardware and telecommunications means required to access the Website and for the corresponding costs.

5. Registration and user account

5.1. Registration requirements

Creating an account on the Website is reserved for persons aged at least 18 years, in accordance with article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For minors, the consent of the holder of parental authority may be required.

5.2. Security of login credentials

The User undertakes to choose a strong password and to notify the publisher immediately of any unauthorised use of their account.

Any action carried out from the User's account is deemed to have been performed by the User.

5.3. Suspension and deletion of account

In the event of a serious breach of these GTU by the User, fraudulent use of the Website, or infringement of third-party rights, the publisher may, after prior notification to the User allowing them to submit observations within a reasonable period, suspend or delete their account. In the event of an emergency (threat to Website security, manifestly unlawful conduct, risk to other users), the publisher may suspend access without prior notice and notifies its reasoned decision to the User afterwards. The User may contest the decision by email to contact@bastide-blanche.fr.

5.4. Account termination by the User

The User may delete their account at any time from their personal account area or by sending a request to contact@bastide-blanche.fr. Such deletion entails the exercise of the right to erasure of personal data under the conditions set out in the privacy policy.

6. Reference to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any order for a paid product or service offered on the Website is governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) accessible on the Website, which take precedence over these GTU with respect to sales transactions.

Intellectual property

All elements of the Website (structure, texts, images, photographs, videos, sounds, logos, trademarks, databases, source code, graphic design, etc.) are protected by the provisions of the French Intellectual Property Code and belong to DOMAINE LA BASTIDE BLANCHE — SCEA BRONZO or its partners, who have granted the publisher a licence to use them.

DOMAINE LA BASTIDE BLANCHE — SCEA BRONZO grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Website and its Content, strictly limited to private use and non-commercial purposes.

Publisher liability

Amendments to the GTU

Users with an account are informed of any material amendment by an appropriate means (notification in the personal account area, email, or information banner on the Website), with a minimum notice period of thirty (30) days before the new GTU come into force. If the User does not accept the new GTU, the account holder has the right to cancel their account free of charge within that period, without having to give a reason and without charge. Continued use of the Website after the new GTU come into force constitutes acceptance.

These GTU are governed by French law.

In accordance with article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may bring proceedings, at their option, before the court of the place where they were domiciled at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred, or before the defendant's court.

Acceptance

Use of the Website constitutes the User's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU. The User acknowledges having read them prior to any use of the Website.
