The estate benefits from a sunny Mediterranean climate tempered by sea breezes. This microclimate encourages biodiversity and helps naturally limit certain vine diseases.
Our vines grow on clay-limestone soils rich in micro-organisms that naturally nourish the plant. Insects and bats regulate populations of harmful insects, reducing the need for treatments. Thyme, rosemary, cypress, maritime pine and the other plants surrounding our parcels create a microclimate and even influence the aromas of our wines.
Did you know? In Bandol, biodiversity also shapes the character of our wines by influencing the vine's growing cycle and the concentration of aromas.
Organic and Biodyvin certified
Faithful to our terroir, all our wines are organic and Biodyvin certified. We cultivate the vine with respect for natural balance, using practices that are increasingly virtuous. This agricultural model respects the soil, the vine and consumer health.
Natural preparations, including plant infusions, are applied according to the lunar calendar to strengthen the vine's immunity. The result is living soil, balanced vines and wines that fully express their terroir.
