Blending means bringing different grape varieties together to create a wine that is both generous and harmonious. By combining varieties with complementary qualities, our aim is to find the most balanced expression.

Each grape variety brings its own aromas and flavors, and some reveal their full potential when they are associated with others. This alliance broadens the aromatic palette and brings harmony to the wine's freshness.

Our approach to blending is based on adaptability. Nothing is fixed: we adjust according to the evolution of each grape variety and the quality of the bunches. In this way, we bring out the full potential of each variety, reveal a singular identity and create a unique wine.

For Bastide Blanche Bandol rose, the main grape varieties are Mourvedre, Grenache noir and Cinsault.
